Spicy Carrot with Jalapenos Instant Pot Recipe Quick Easy Tasty Low Sodium and Flavorful with Sonya’s Sweet & Spicy!
Are you tired of trying news ways to have great tasting carrots? My recipe for carrots made in the Instant Pot is so flavorful and tangy with a hint of my cooked jalapenos! This is a basic recipe for “How to cook carrots in the Instant Pot”. I include how I slice my carrots and some safety features with the instant pot and some tips that I offer for best results.
This will soon to be your go to carrot recipe for your chicken, roasts, pork chops and vegetarian and vegan dishes! You get a bonus with this recipe as the vegetable stock made from this is amazing that you can freeze and use at a later date.
Ingredients you need:
Carrots – large bundle of 10-20 carrots from the farmers market or from your local grocer
2 tsp of celery seed
1/2 Cup of my Sweet & Spicy Candied Jalapenos with the juice
1 1/2 cups water
(This is a low sodium recipe but has awesome flavors)
These are a quick cook at manual setting on high for 2 minutes with quick pressure release.
