1 LB/Pound Dry Black Beans
3 Cups of Vegetable or Chicken Stock
1/4 Cup Sonya’s Sweet Spicy Jalapenos, chopped coarse
1/4 White Onion, chopped coarse
2 TBSP Chopped minced garlic
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
1 tsp lemon juice
2 Bay leaves

Instant Pot, 6 or 8 Quart size is sufficient.
