Fresh Spicy Caprese Mozzarella Basil Jalapeno Appetizer Salad – EASY Recipe for Holidays
Hey everyone – this is another easy simple and flavorful recipe, perfect for the holiday and new years! Learn how to make a Caprese salad or Tomato and Mozzarella Salad or otherwise known as Insalata Caprese!
Ingredients:
16 oz Container of Baby Mozzarella Balls
1/2 Cup Sonya’s Sweet & Spicy Slices
12 – 15 Small Salad or Cherry Tomatoes
Aged Balsamic Vinegar (flavored is good too)
Bunch of Fresh Basil Leaves
Small skewers
Add the mozzarella cheese, jalapeños, tomatoes and basil on to the skewers, lay these on a platter and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar. So GOOD!!! Perfect pairing with your favorite wine!
