Butternut and Acorn Squash Winter Soup EASY RECIPE – How To Make with Vegetarian and Spicy Options!

There is nothing better than homemade roasted Butternut and Acorn Squash in these winter months, my recipe adds a little kick as we add just a touch pf my sweet jalapenos peppers to the mix! INGREDIENTS:
4 Cups Butternut and Acorn Squash Mixed (Already cooked and roasted)
3 Cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
1/2 Cup White Onion
1/4 Cup Butter
2 TBSP Sonya Sweet Spicy chipped up
1 TBSP Minced or chopped Garlic
1/2 tsp Nutmeg (Ground)
Salt and Pepper to taste

EQUIPMENT:
