SMOKED Salmon with Goat Cheese Appetizer SWEET Jalapenos
If you want the easiest appetizer with the flavors of summer barbecue along with the fresh flavors of goat cheese with jalapeño, this is a quick and easy recipe that will certainly turn you into an “appetizer addict!
INGREDIENTS:
2-4 Salmon Fillets
1/2 Cup Sonya’s Sweet & Spicy Jalapenos
8 oz of Goat Cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Grill and smoke salmon, let cool and chill.
Serve with crackers with goat cheese and top with Sonya’s Jalapenos
Follow the video for the entire recipe including tips and techniques on preparation. Clean and trim artichokes, place in 2 cups of water inside the instant pot With the trivet at the bottom. Add your artichokes to instant pot and sit on manual setting eight minutes. Close lid with pressure valve in the on position.
While the artichokes are cooking, prepare your dipping sauce with one cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika and quarter cup 3rd cup Sonya sweet and spicy jalapeños chopped fine. Mic together well and chill. When Instant Pot beeps, do a quick pressure release and remove artichokes, enjoy with my dipping sauce!
