Easy Homemade Spicy Jalapeno Hummus Recipe – Delicious!
Greetings everyone, are you ever craving hummus but always find that the store brand just doesn’t do it for you and you wish you knew how to make your own? Well…. today this recipe I’m sharing with you today is amazing and you can customize it to whatever flavors you would like maybe you want more garlic, more spices, maybe even roasted peppers or sweet and spicy jalapenos!? Also in this recipe I will Show you how to remove the skins from your chickpeas very easily.

INGREDIENTS:
2 – 15oz Cans Of Garbanzo Beans/Chick Peas (Drained with skins removed*)
1/4 Cup Sonya’s Sweet & Spicy Jalapenos
1/3 Cup Tahini (Sesame paste)
1 TBSP Crushed Fresh Garlic
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
Bunch of fresh Basil for garnish
1 tsp Chili Pepper Flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Your favorite tortilla chips, pita chips pita bread, sliced vegetables or put on a bagel!

OTHER EQUIPMENT:
Large Bowl
Food Processor
Spoons and spatula
Serving bowl for chips

* In this recipe I also show you how to remove the skins from the chickpeas very easily, sometimes people find that the skins can add a bit of a better flavor to your hummus, it’s all upon personal preference but it’s really easy to do and worth the effort. You will mix your tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic together until smooth, then you will add in your chickpeas and Sonya Sweet and Spicy Jalapeños add salt to taste. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until completely sooth and then place on to service plate. Garnish with red pepper flakes and basil along with a hefty drizzle of olive oil!  Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips pita bread, sliced vegetables or put on a bagel!
